Founder Exchange

Join us for a high-impact networking session built for founders who want real conversations with people who’ve been there and done that.
This isn’t traditional networking. It’s a structured, fast-paced exchange designed to connect you with Accelerator Centre alumni and other experienced founders who have built, scaled, and navigated the same challenges you’re facing right now.
Through a series of 20-minute rounds, you’ll sit down in small groups with experienced founders who bring practical insights, honest perspectives, and lessons learned the hard way.
This is your chance to:
- Ask the questions you can’t Google
- Get direct, no-fluff advice from founders who’ve done it before
- Pressure test ideas, challenges, and next steps
- Build connections that go beyond a single conversation
If you’re looking to move faster, avoid common pitfalls, and learn from people who’ve already walked the path, this session is for you.

Prior to Argus, George co-founded Alert Labs, an IoT and smart-building technology company acquired by Watsco (NYSE: WSO) in 2018. As CEO until 2022, George helped scale the business to reduce more than 30 billion litres of wasted water and 50 million pounds of CO2e emissions annually. In recognition of this impact, George was named to the Canada Clean50 list in 2019.
