AC:RevLab turns your early traction into structured, scalable revenue.
The intensive six-month program will support your startup with:
- 1:1 mentorship and founder-focused coaching from experienced sales and growth leaders;
- Hands-on support building sales systems — from prospecting to pipeline management and closing deals;
- Expert-led workshops on go-to-market strategy, lead generation, customer experience, retention, and building a sales team; and
- Peer learning groups to share challenges, insights, and accountability across your cohort.
- CRM support from the team of experts at HubSpot, as well as access to HubSpot for Startup Tools at a discounted rate.
AC:RevLab is free for startups through the Scale Up Platform with support from Communitech and the Government of Canada, through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).

To help you make the transition from startup to scale up, program participants will receive training on:
- Revenue Drivers; Revenue Models, Pricing Strategies, Revenue Forecasting and KPIs.
- Sales Funnel Optimization; Building Sales Funnels, Lead Qualification and Generation, Conversion Strategies.
- Sales Process and Methodology; Frameworks of Selling, Outbound and Inbound Sales Strategy, SEO.
- Customer Relationships and Retention; Customer Success Strategies, Post Sales Engagement Tactics, Churn Reduction.
- Data Driven Sales and Revenue Analytics; Leveraging Data, A/B Testing, Tracking ROI.
- Hiring and Team Structure; Creating a Sales Culture, Hiring and Training a Sales Team.



Eligibility
Who can apply to AC:RevLab
AC:RevLab is designed for startups who are looking for intensive go-to-market and sales supports.
To be eligible for the program applicants must:
- Be based in southern Ontario, as defined by FedDev Ontario.
- Be incorporated in Canada or show proof of a plan to incorporate within 30 days of starting the program,
- Be an early-stage company with an in-market or near marking ready technology in economically attractive market, and
- Can commit to attending regularly scheduled in-person workshops and virtual meetings.
The Accelerator Centre is committed to fair and transparent decision-making processes in evaluating applications.
However, all final decisions regarding acceptance into our programs are made solely at the discretion of The Accelerator Centre.

Frequently asked questions
1. Is there non-diluted funding available in this program?
No, that’s our AC:Studio program.
2. Does the AC take equity?
No, the AC doesn’t take any equity. You keep 100% ownership of your company and your IP.
3. Is there a specific application deadline for AC:RevLab?
Yes. Application deadlines will be communicated on our website when they are announced.
4. Can AC:RevLab help with becoming investment ready?
Yes, through the AC:RevLab program, we’ve built a dedicated Investment Readiness pathway. If your company is a good fit, we’ll include this course at no extra cost. Just keep in mind — becoming “investment-ready” takes time and effort and usually takes about 4–6 months to complete.
5. Are there certain expectations of Founders?
Yes. Key expectations of founders are:
- Your startup is, or will be, incorporated Federally or in Ontario
- Attend biweekly, hybrid meetings
- You can spend at least 15-20 hours/week working on your startup
- You will actively engage in the program and access all available mentor hours
- You will complete the required surveys to support the AC with our government/funding reporting
6. Are there any reporting requirements for Founders accepted into AC:RevLab?
Yes. Founders are required to complete surveys as requested (at this time, survey frequency is quarterly).
7. How many companies are accepted into AC:RevLab?
Roughly 30 companies are accepted into each program cohort. The final total may differ based on spots available.
